Share Your Passion at Freezing Woman 7
There’s a unique stillness that settles over Algonquin Park in November. In this quiet, stunning landscape, we gather for Freezing Woman.
Each year, the community comes together, to face the cold, and to find a collective warmth in shared stories, skills, and inspiration. As we begin to dream and plan for Freezing Woman 7, we turn to the heart of our festival: you.
The magic of Freezing Woman is found in the small moments of connection and discovery. It’s in the quiet confidence gained from learning from one another. It’s in the shared laughter around a campfire, and the pride of mastering something you never thought you’d try.
These moments are created by the community, for the community. They are sparked by individuals who have a passion to share, a skill to teach, or a story to tell.
An Invitation to Share
We are now seeking proposals for workshops and activities for Freezing Woman 7. If you have an idea that aligns with our spirit of adventure, conservation, art, and skill-building, we would be honoured to hear it.
This is an invitation for anyone to become a core part of the festival experience. And to thank those who step up to share, we are thrilled to offer a special token of our gratitude. Hosts who have their activity or workshop accepted will receive:
A VIP dinner at a restaurant in town on Saturday night with our speakers, volunteers, fellow workshop or activity hosts, and RnL Tree Members. Imagine sharing a meal and conversation with world-class adventurers!
A complimentary one-year RnL tree membership.
