The full schedule for Freezing Woman 7 is now live, and it’s the heart of our ‘choose-your-own-adventure’ weekend. This is your invitation to plan an event that’s uniquely yours. The list is brimming with hands-on workshops (from tarp skills to campfire pizza!), strenuous guided hikes with stunning views, beloved community gatherings like the Fireside Stew and Epic Potluck, and, of course, the legendary Polar Bear Plunge. Freezing Woman 7 Market! With Author Book Signings

The Market is so much more than a place to shop; it's a warm, indoor hub to connect with community, creators, and friends. This year, we're thrilled to host an incredible lineup of gear vendors and regional artisans. We are also deeply honoured to have three remarkable authors—Kevin Callan, Jill Heinerth, and Hap Wilson—joining us for in-person book signings. This is a rare chance to meet them, share a word, and get a signed copy.

Two Legends of the Water!

We are truly privileged to be hosting two incredible keynote speakers this year.

Jill Heinerth, a world-renowned underwater explorer, will share her breathtaking experiences from inside icebergs and deep-sea caves.

We will also be joined by Becky Mason, a master canoeist and artist who carries on her family's profound legacy, sharing the classic skills and heritage of the paddle.

Camp Chilly Bum 3!

As the days grow colder, perhaps you're already dreaming of adventures after Freezing Woman. We'd like to plant a seed for Camp Chilly Bum, our small, intimate winter gathering in January. Where Freezing Woman is a festival, Chilly Bum is a handful of friends sharing a single hot tent. It's a cozy, communal trip built on shared meals and quiet moments in the snow.
